All Women's Game

Filmed at 330 Center St in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, the house where Gary Gygax lived while Dungeons & Dragons was being written. The first campaigns ran in that basement in the early 1970s, before anyone knew what the game would become, and the hobby that grew out of it now reaches millions of players. Fifty years later I got to sit in the same rooms for a game with Heidi Gygax, Gary's daughter, and her niece. Two Gygaxes at one table, in the place where all of it started, and I was the only man in the house.
